MATRIX DEVELOPMENT GROUP CLOSES 44,975 SF LEASE
WITH YELLOW ROADWAY COMPANY INC. AT 15 QUAKERBRIDGE PLAZA DRIVE

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (January 30, 2009) – Matrix Development Group, one of the Northeast’s most active and well-regarded real estate investment and development companies, has announced that Yellow Roadway Company Inc., a leading transporter of industrial, commercial, and retail goods specializing in solutions for businesses across North America, has signed a long term lease at 15 Quakerbridge Plaza Drive, located in Hamilton Township, for 44,975 square feet.

Yellow Roadway will utilize this facility as a truck terminal and for office space. Serving as a trans-shipment center for Yellow Roadway Company Inc., the Quakerbridge Plaza Drive location will include 40,000 square feet of industrial space with 101 overhead doors, 1 drive-in door and 4,100 square feet of office space.

The facility is located on a 13.5-acre parcel next to Quakerbridge Road and offers immediate access to Route 1 and Interstate 295. With more than 90,000 residents within Hamilton Township, the area boasts a strong labor pool for all business sectors. The development is zoned for office, light industrial, flex and manufacturing space and is well situated to accommodate a wide variety of needs. A built-to-suit site totaling 77,000 square feet is also available at the site.
