 Pharmaceutical Company Aurobindo USA, Inc., Leases Full Building at 102 Melrich Road

CRANBURY, NJ (February 11, 2008) – Matrix Development Group, one of the Northeast’s most respected real estate investment and development companies, has announced a 103,350 square foot lease with Aurobindo USA, Inc., completely filling the company’s 102 Melrich Road distribution facility. The site is located within the Exit 8A industrial market, one of the country’s most dynamic distribution hubs with a total market size exceeding 50 million square feet.

Aurobindo was represented by Charles Fern, executive vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle and Matrix was represented in-house by Patrick J. Connelly, vice president of asset management with Matrix.  The facility will be used for office, general warehouse and distribution space in support of Aurobindo’s existing pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Dayton.

Newark, Kennedy and Philadelphia airports are also within a one-hour drive from the industrial park’s convenient location.

The distribution facility at Melrich Road provides dock door positions, drive-in ability, ample parking, trailer storage, and 12,432 square feet of office space that was critical to the Aurobindo site selection process.
