BOMA OF NJ APPOINTS PATRICK CONNELLY OF MATRIX TO 2007 BOARD
CRANBURY, NJ — The Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) of New Jersey recently appointed Patrick Connelly, vice president, Matrix Development Group, as Vice President of its Executive Board of Directors for 2007.

Patrick Connelly currently oversees the asset management services of approximately 10 million square feet. He also coordinates the leasing of the existing industrial and office portfolios with the Matrix leasing team. In addition to his membership at BOMA, Patrick’s other professional affiliations include serving on the executive board of directors for the Monroe Education Foundation and serving as chairman of Jamesburg Land Use Board. He is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker.
