Wyngate Named Multi-Family Home of the Year Under $300,000, Community of the Year And Receives Several Other Honorable Distinctions

The Home Builders Association is a non-profit trade association representing the residential construction community throughout the Delaware Valley region. At its 21^st Annual Pinnacle Awards ceremony, Matrix’s Wyngate Townhome Development received the following honors:

The awards are preceded by the recently announced Wyngate Stimulus Credit that provides all buyers at the development with $8,000. The townhomes, designed by L & M Architects of Wayne, PA., are designed with a blend of stone, stucco and siding, plus 30-year-Timberline dimensional roof shingles accented by standing seam metal roofing.
