BOMA-MAC HONORS MATRIX DEVELOPMENT GROUP'S
NORTHEAST BUSINESS PARK AT 7A IN ROBBINSVILLE

Prestigious TOBY Awards are the Most Coveted Honors in the
Commercial Real Estate Industry

ROBBINSVILLE, NJ – Matrix Development Group, one of the Northeast’s most active and well-regarded real estate investment and development companies, has announced that its Northeast Business Park in Robbinsville, N.J., has been awarded The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award from the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) Middle Atlantic Conference. BOMA-MAC will present this award on March 23 at its 2009 BOMA Middle-Atlantic Conference Regional TOBY Dinner in Washington, D.C.

BOMA-MAC is an affiliate of BOMA International, the oldest and largest association of the office building industry with over 100 federated associations in the United States and around the world. At the local BOMA–NJ level, Northeast Business Park’s 10 & 12 Applegate Drive buildings were recognized in the industrial category in June 2008. This regional honor is representative of Matrix’s continued pursuit of the highest honors in the building management industry.

The TOBY Awards are the most prestigious awards in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in office buildings and rewarding excellence in office building management. The competition evaluates all facets of a building’s operations as well as community involvement. A New Jersey awards ceremony took place in June 2008 and Northeast Business Park was entered into BOMA Middle Atlantic Conference regional competition with the awards ceremony on March 23, 2009. Now with this coveted award in hand, Northeast Business Park will advance to the BOMA International competition to be held in Philadelphia in June 2009.

“This marks the second step toward our ultimate goal of winning the BOMA International Award for this distinguished business park in June 2009,” said Patrick J. Northeast Business Park and Matrix Business Park at 7A have immediate access to the New Jersey Turnpike and are within one-quarter of a mile of Exit 8 of U.S. Route I-195.
