MATRIX DEVELOPMENT GROUP ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF MID-ATLANTIC
80 Acre, 340,000 SF, 13 Building Campus Situated on Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike
CRANBURY, N.J. Matrix Development Group, one of the Northeast’s most active and well-regarded real estate investment and development companies, has announced the acquisition of Mid-Atlantic Corporate Center. The complex has been renamed Matrix Corporate Campus. The site was acquired from Preferred Unlimited, a Pennsylvania-based real estate investment firm. Newmark Knight Frank and Fennelly & Associates represented Matrix and Preferred Unlimited in the transaction. Matrix Corporate Campus was previously the headquarters of Rhodia Corporation. The business park spans more than 342,000 square feet of office, laboratory and flex space. Located at Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, Matrix Corporate Campus offers more than 2,000 feet of direct turnpike frontage. Current tenants include the worldwide headquarters of Innophos, Inc, a leading specialty phosphate producer in North America, which recently expanded their lease by 20 percent, now occupying 48,000 square feet. The site can accommodate users as small as 2,500 square feet to more than 100,000 square feet. Matrix Corporate Campus features a mix of office, lab and flex space and offers both leasing and sales opportunities for the multiple buildings on the site.
