GATEWAY BUSINESS PARK IN SALEM COUNTY, NJ
JE Berkowitz Glass Co. Plans to Construct a 200,000-sf Facility on 22-Acre Site
CRANBURY, NJ - Matrix Development Group announced JE Berkowitz has contracted for the development of 22 acres of land at Gateway Business Park located in Oldmans Township, Salem County, New Jersey. Norwood Construction of Allentown, Pennsylvania will construct the 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for the glass fabrication company that will be relocating from Camden County. Gateway Business Park is master planned to accommodate an additional 3.3 million square feet of warehouse/manufacturing/distribution space. Merrill Freedman of NAI/Mertz Corporation represented JE Berkowitz in the transaction.

Gateway Business Park, which consists of 284 developable acres, offers immediate access to Exit 7 of Interstate 295 and is within close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Delaware, Philadelphia and Baltimore. All site improvements and utilities including natural gas, electricity, sewer and water are available at the site park perimeter.
