State-of-the-Art Upgrades to One of the Finest Office Buildings in the Northeast

CRANBURY, NJ, JUNE 20, 2007 – Matrix Development Group, one of New Jersey’s most active development companies, has announced significant upgrades to the prestigious One Riverfront Center, known as “The Legal Center,” office building in Newark.

Matrix is currently marketing a rare block of 100,000-square-feet at the 20-story office tower. The 411,617-square-foot Class A office tower is undergoing a $1.5 million investment in new state-of-the-art HVAC systems, security, valet parking and multi-purpose meeting and conference facility. 

The multifaceted reinvestment program at One Riverfront Center includes facility improvements and upgrades such as:

·HVAC Building Control System: This new world-class system will allow tenants to monitor the performance of all mechanical ventilation systems (heating and air-conditioning), helping to designate how air and heat are distributed throughout the building. This not only creates added comfort for tenants, but also significantly reduces operating costs.

·Security System: One of the most progressive systems utilizing the latest security technology available. The new security access control system improves surveillance measures for the building’s interior and exterior common areas. This significant upgrade uses the latest security technology available.

·Matrix/Edison Conference Center: A state-of-the-art newly constructed conference center with video conferencing capabilities as well as a desirable space to be used for company meeting or cocktail receptions.
