MATRIX DEVELOPMENT GROUP ANNOUNCES 125,580-SQUARE-FOOT LEASE
AT 401 CABOT DRIVE AT THE I-195 BUSINESS PARK IN HAMILTON, NEW JERSEY

HAMILTON, N.J. (September 17, 2007) – Matrix Development Group, the Cranbury-based real estate investment and development company, has announced a 125,580-square-foot lease at the Matrix Business Park at Interstate-195 in Hamilton. Jonathan Glick of Sheldon Gross Realty represented the tenant, Eastern Bag & Paper Group, that will fill out the business park’s 600,600-square-foot building, which is also occupied by Colgate Palmolive Corp.

The 125,580-square-foot cross-loaded space will serve as Eastern Bag & Paper Group’s regional facility with 18 doors, 6,000-square feet of office space and ample parking. The 145-acre light industrial park is located at exit 3A of I-195, three miles west of exit 7A of the New Jersey Turnpike and two miles east of Route 130. Matrix Business Park at I-195 provides excellent access to nearby Trenton and Bucks County, Pennsylvania as well as Port Elizabeth, Newark Liberty International Airport and New York City. Matrix Business Park at I-195 has a foreign trade zone designation and provides excellent accessibility and visibility along the state’s major east-west roadway.
