South Brunswick, NJ - Matrix Development Group recently acquired the 103,000-square-foot industrial building located just off the Exit 8A interchange at 102 Melrich Road in South Brunswick, NJ. The entire 103,500 square feet of industrial space is for lease and includes 12,500 square feet of office space. Matrix will handle leasing for the property in house.
