FOR NEW SPEC INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ
Construction at 65 Stults Road Commencing 4th Quarter
South Brunswick, NJ - Matrix Development Group recently obtained approvals to build a 407,400-square-foot modern, single-story distribution facility on 27 acres at 65 Stults Road in South Brunswick. Construction is expected to commence by fourth quarter 2006. Matrix will handle leasing for the property in house.
The proposed building will include 36-foot ceilings, plentiful dock doors, car and trailer parking, and an ESFR fire suppression system.

This speculative redevelopment follows the construction of a 440,000-square-foot building at 45 Stults Road, which Matrix recently leased to Coaster Furniture Company of America.”
65 Stults Road, located less than a mile from the Exit 8A interchange on the New Jersey Turnpike, offers outstanding proximity to world-class seaports. Port Newark/Port Elizabeth, the most complete port in the world, is just 30 minutes away and the Philadelphia, South Jersey docks are less than one hour away. The building has immediate access to Routes 1 and 130, I-195, and I-287.
