Garden State Freezers will Construct a 110,000 Square Foot Distribution Facility
OLDMANS TOWNSHIP, N.J. (September 24, 2007) – Matrix Development Group has announced Garden State Freezers, one of the largest Australian beef importers in the country, will commence construction on a 110,000 square foot office/cold storage distribution facility shortly Phase II of the project will include an additional 165,000-square-feet of cold storage space. Garden State Freezers’ facility will be built on 21 acres of land at Matrix’s Gateway Business Park in Oldmans Township – a park that can accommodate 3.5 million-square-feet of warehouse, manufacturing and distribution space in Salem County.

All site improvements and utilities including natural gas, electricity, sewer and water, are available at the park site perimeter.
