Matrix Development Group to Build 800,311-SF Distribution Facility at Exit 7A


Washington Township, NJ - Matrix Development Group has announced that due to zero percent vacancy at its 10-building Northeast Business Park, it has begun construction on a new 800,311-square-foot facility to meet the region’s steadily growing demand for industrial buildings.

The facility, which will be known as 141 West Manor Way, is projected to be complete in early 2007.

An impressive roster of businesses, including W.W. Grainger, Levitz Furniture, Lifetime Brands, Bohren’s and Sleepy’s already call Northeast Business Park, located at New Jersey Turnpike Exit 7A, home.

Situated within one mile of the Exit 7A interchange of the New Jersey Turnpike and less than one-quarter of a mile of Exit 7 of Interstate 195-- the primary east-west artery in the region-- 141 West Manor Way will provide superb access to the major freight-moving roadways in the Northeast. Direct routes allow for 40-minute rides to New York City, Port Elizabeth and Newark Airport as well as the Philadelphia docks.

Designed by O’Connor Gordon Pratt Architects, the one-story building will feature 36-foot clear ceiling heights, abundant modern cross-dock door positions, ample trailer parking and an ESFR sprinkler system.

Northeast Business Park is contiguous to another Matrix industrial development, Matrix Business Park at 7A, a 480-acre industrial park that houses Mercedes Benz of America and McMaster Carr Co.
