MATRIX DEVELOPMENT GROUP TO BE HONORED FOR LONGSTANDING SUPPORT
OF BUCKS COUNTY FAMILY SERVICES ASSOCIATION

IVYLAND, PA (November 5, 2007) – Matrix Development Group, the Cranbury, N.J.-based real estate investment and development company, will be honored with the Corporate Citizen of the Year Award at the annual meeting of the Bucks County chapter of Family Services Association, being held November 15 at Spring Mill Manor.

Founded in 1953 as a private, non-profit human service agency aimed at protecting, maintaining and strengthening individuals and families, Family Services Association exists to help those living with mental illness, substance abuse issues, assisting seniors in living independently and improving the quality of life for people with HIV/AIDS.

“I was first made aware of Family Services Association through our work in Lower Makefield,” Matrix Vice President of Development Russell Tepper said. “FSA provides outstanding services to the community and we are happy to support their valuable efforts in any way we can.”

Tepper said Matrix was first contacted by the Family Services Association as they were starting to develop Octagon Center, a mixed-use community consisting of 521 age-qualified homes, small offices and retail space in Lower Makefield. In the past five years, Matrix has invested considerable time and financial resources toward making Family Services Association’s golf outing a success.

In addition to honoring Matrix for their longstanding support, Family Services Association will honor a Family of the Year and a social service agency that has promoted the group’s mission. Dr. Mark Salzer, director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Collaborative on Community Integration, will be the keynote speaker at the annual meeting.
