MATRIX DEVELOPMENT GROUP ANNOUNCES LEASES
1 Million Square Foot Urban Enterprise Zone Complex Nears 85 Percent Occupancy
ELIZABETH, N.J. (November 6, 2007) Matrix Development Group, the Cranbury-based real estate investment and development company, has announced a total of 96,500 square feet of leases at the Bayway Industrial Centre, located in the Urban Enterprise Zone in Elizabeth, N.J. The Bayway Industrial Centre, which consists of a total of 1,017,399 square feet of medium industrial warehouse space within four stand alone buildings, is now at nearly 85 percent occupancy. American Select Distributors, Inc., signed a 84,000-square-foot lease at Bayway’s Building D. JV Transportation expanded its existing 138,000-square foot presence at the Centre, by inking a 12,500-square-foot expansion into Building C. Matrix Vice President Patrick Connelly represented Matrix in both transactions. JV Transportation was represented by Jason Krimmins of Blau & Berg.
