New Brunswick: At 303 George Street, a six-story Class A office building, a new lease agreement has recently been signed with Richard D. Kimball Co. Also, at 317 George Street, 5-story office building, recent transactions include a renewal with Johnson & Johnson, a new lease with UMDNJ-RWJMS and a renewal and expansion with Mandelbaum, Salzbury, Gold, Lazris, Discenza and Steinburg, Esq.
Newark: At One Riverfront Center, a 20-story Class A office building, known as the “Legal Center,” new tenants leasing space include: Everest Technology Co.; Troutman Sanders; HDR Engineering; and URS Corporation. In addition, tenants McManimon and Scotland; LeBoeuf; and Zazzali, Fagella, Nowak, Keinbaum, & Friedman renewed and expanded.
