NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Matrix Development Group, one of New Jersey’s most active development companies, has reported that its New Brunswick office portfolio is experiencing substantial leasing activity. More than 30,000 square feet of transactions have recently been recorded.
At 303 George Street, a six-story Class A office building, a new lease has signed with Richard D. Kimball Co., an engineering company. Additionally, at 317 George Street, a five-story Class A office building, leases have recently been signed with Johnson & Johnson Inc., UMDNJ-RWJMS, a medical school, and the law firm Mandelbaum, Salzbury, Gold, Lazris, Discenza and Steinburg. Both buildings are located in the heart of the city of New Brunswick and have immediate access to Routes 18, 27, 1, and Exit 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
