Up to 100,000 SF Becomes Available in January 2007
CRANBURY, NJ - Matrix Development Group, one of New Jersey’s most active development companies, announces continued robust leasing activity at its signature One Riverfront Plaza, known as “The Legal Center,” office building in Newark, New Jersey. The 411,617-square-foot Class A office tower is recognized as one of the premier business addresses in the state.
Leasing activity totaling more than 15,000 square feet have been signed at One Riverfront Plaza by Everest Technology, a technology firm; HDR Engineering, an engineering firm; URS Corporation, an engineering design firm; Troutman Sanders, a law firm; and LeBoeuf, a law firm. In addition, McManimon and Scotland, a law firm, renewed and expanded its 24,000-sqaure-foot lease as well as Zazzali, Fagella, Nowak, Kleinbaum & Friedman, also a law firm, renewed its 8,000-square-foot space.
